Shipping & Delivery

In many cases we custom make items based on your order so please allow us about 7 days before shipping. We use Singapore Post airmail for most orders (other than special large quantities).

Privacy & Security

We greatly value your business and our relationship. We treat your personal information with the strictest confidentiality. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure the security of any information you provide us to use. Except for legal or statutory requirements imposed on us, we will not identify you. Information collected from this service through your input and the use of cookies may be used for, but not limited to the following purposes:

  • - for processing your order;
  • - for us to serve you better;
  • - for service and demographics profiling; and
  • - for trend and marketing analysis.

We do not sell our customer list nor provide your contact details to anyone else except those organizations that you designate for more information. We use your details to check on your credit for completing any purchase and to provide you with the products that you order. We may use your contact details to advise you of similar products and services that we and our partners offer, but we will give you the opportunity to ensure you don't receive such emails should you so choose.
Returns & Replacements

If the product you receive is not what you expected or does not fit then contact us via email, the form or telephone. Provide us your order number and we will work with you to replace the item with the proper item. Returned items, along with the order number and your name and address, should be sent to:

Ordering

Please order through the online store, and allow 7 days for processing before shipping. Should you desire large quantities or special items we can accommodate you - please contact us directly to place this special order. We can accept credit cards, bank telegraphic transfers or cheques for large orders, but will not ship until we have received complete payment.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment via credit cards and cheques, and can accept direct payments to our bank account (contact us for special payments). At times we will offer special promotions but for limited times. We can give special pricing for large quantities; please contact us directly for such orders. Receipt of final payment is required before we ship any orders.

Viewing Orders

If you have registered with us then you can view the status of your order in your account. Should you have problems with receipt of your order please contact us with your order number and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Updating Account Information

We greatly appreciate loyal customers and appreciate your keeping your account information up to date. When you do so you make it easier to order and for us to send you occassional newsletters. Please note that for security reasons we do NOT store credit card information on our site, so you will need to input credit card details each time you order.
